We started Rasil because menu photos in stories and orders in scattered messages don't scale with a restaurant: the customer digs through posts for prices, asks "How much is this?" every time, and half the order gets lost between messages. Restaurant owners in Iraq deserve a simple tool in their own language.
Rasil does one thing: an Arabic digital menu on a link in your restaurant's profile, with orders arriving on WhatsApp — one payment for the whole year, no monthly bills, and no complexity.

The founder
The person behind Rasil
Rasil was built by Omar Chatin, an Iraqi developer. It started from a simple observation: restaurant owners around him were photographing paper menus and posting them in stories or sending them to customers on WhatsApp, while every ready-made tool was built for another market — in English, and with a credit card.
And the number you see on this site reaches the founder himself.
